Q: How do I care for my SnowWonders® Snowflake and keep it from tarnishing?
A: Store it in an anti-tarnish box or plastic bag. We recommend using a Silver Polishing Cloth should your SnowWonders® Snowflake become tarnished.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: All items being shipped via USPS First Class are $3.50 for the first item plus $1.00 for each additional item being shipped. Items being shipped via Priority Mail are $5.00 for the first item plus $1.00 for each additional item being shipped.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We stand behind our products. If you aren't satisfied for any reason, let us know. Customers have 30 days to return an item in new condition and receive money back or receive an exchange.
